Greetings from the ricefields on the east coast of the Boso Peninsula in Chiba-ken!
We’ve relaunched Japaners.com as a place to come and discuss life in Japan. The “news site” look of the front page was designed for laughs. Lord knows that those of us gaijin who live over here for any length of time have to have a sense of humor to survive.
There’s a question or two for discussion in some of the “articles” on the front page, with the hope that some of these pages will develop into helpful mini-forums of useful information for those of us living here.
I invite you to post your thoughts and comments and help me get the discussions going.
I’ve also begun adding informative full length articles about life in Japan to the site. You’ll find them all in the Living In Japan section.
